Identify Your Drilling Rig Before Ordering Spare Parts

Provide the manufacturer, model, serial number and component identity, together with a part reference or drawing. Ask for written compatibility confirmation for the actual configuration before ordering.

Build the equipment identity

Record the rig nameplate, serial number, year if shown and existing manual number. Record the engine, installed mud pump or compressor and attachment separately. Photograph labels only when safely accessible under the site procedure; do not remove guards or run faulty equipment to obtain a picture.

Describe the requested item

Include the illustrated parts-book reference, quantity, position in the assembly and any drawing. For rods and cutting tools, supply the connection drawing and dimensions rather than relying on the model label or a photograph. Mark uncertain measurements as unconfirmed.

What the catalogue can establish

A related-product link is a starting point for a supplier enquiry. It does not approve interchangeability, material specification or operating limits. Ask the supplier to match the exact drawing, revision and equipment serial scope in its offer.

Use the editable record.

Download the CSV and open it in spreadsheet software. It contains column headings with no invented equipment details or service intervals. Add a row for each equipment identity, maintenance task or fault report as appropriate. Keep uncertain items marked for confirmation.

Editing the file stays on your device. This website has no file-upload form. The enquiry form prepares a text summary; if you want to share a completed file, review it and attach it yourself in WhatsApp after deciding what to send.
